This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and how you can access or correct it. It covers information we collect through iconicenergy.com.au, over the phone, by email and in the course of quoting and carrying out work.

What information we collect

We only collect personal information that we need to respond to you and deliver our services. Depending on how you deal with us, this may include:

  • payment and invoicing details for work we carry out
  • information needed to apply for rebates, incentives or grid connection on your behalf, where you ask us to

You can make a general enquiry without identifying yourself, but we will usually need your contact details and address to provide a quote or carry out work.

Where it is necessary, we may also receive information about you from third parties such as your electricity distributor or retailer, product manufacturers (for warranty purposes) or someone acting on your behalf, such as a builder or property manager.
